Can I engrave my jewellery?
We're delighted to offer an extensive complimentary engraving service on select pieces, with a range of fonts, motifs and emojis as well as doodles + handwriting. Look for the quill icon to find products which can be engraved. Please note, engraved pieces are excluded from our returns policy unless faulty, but do still benefit from our warranty.
What's your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy (excluding engraved or monogrammed products) which is free for customers within the UK and US. For our customers outside of the UK and US, we offer subsidised returns services - to get started, log into your online account and locate the order.

3. Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler (mm).

TIPS & TRICKS
Measure your ring size at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest.
Consider the width of the band, a particularly thick band will feel tighter than a thin band so you may want to buy a full size larger that your normal ring size.
Do not measure your hands when they are cold, they may have shrunk up to half a size.
Alcohol and salt can make your fingers swell so refrain from measuring your ring size after cocktails and appetizers.
